This chronicle tells the story of Nicolás, a boy who suffered from anorexia due to bullying. In search of an escape, he stopped eating and experienced severe consequences. However, he found refuge and empowerment in basketball. It highlights the importance of addressing bullying and mental health in young people. I received an honorable mention in the National Chronicle Contest in Colombia for this courageous narrative that seeks to raise awareness and promote well-being in society.
I developed the specialty coffee community in Colombia and Ecuador through educational content. Our goal was to disseminate knowledge about quality, preparation, and aspects of the coffee industry. Through articles, videos, and events, we aimed to promote the appreciation and growth of coffee in our regions.
